Analysis of the Impact of Personal Psychological Knowledge Ownership on Knowledge Sharing Among Employees in Chinese Digital Creative Enterprises: a Moderated Mediating Variable

Based on psychological ownership theory and social exchange theory, this paper analyzes the impact of personal knowledge employee sharing in Chinese digital creative enterprises examines mediation effect alienation moderating role organizational flexibility. analysis 357 sample data, results show that significantly negatively impacts sharing, is mediating between them. Organizational flexibility reduces positive alienation, also plays a regulatory relationship sharing. With improvement resource cultural flexibility, intermediary becoming smaller smaller.
